DFC Awarded Research Contract with Arthritis Foundation

Duty First Consulting (DFC) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a contract by the national office of the Arthritis Foundation to conduct message testing on its new Faces of Arthritis™ campaign. DFC will be working closely with leadership and marketing team from the Arthritis Foundation to identify and understand the mission of the campaign. A qualitative research team from DFC will be travelling throughout the United States to conduct focus groups on the campaign print advertisements. The main goals of the focus groups will be to check for identification with imagery, responses to calls to action, overall design, and general likability. Focus groups will be comprised of geographically and economically diverse participants of varying ages and educational backgrounds.
