DFC is proud to announce that 13 of its employees have recently received their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Lean Six Sigma is a methodology used for improving business process performance. Certified practitioners are trained to use data to monitor, control and improve operational performance by eliminating and preventing weaknesses and deficiencies in related processes, such as management, service delivery, design, production and customer satisfaction. The DFC team will apply these newly acquired skills across all of the company’s service lines. Additionally, our Green Belt practitioners will continue to search for new opportunities where Lean Six Sigma best practices can be applied to client work and projects.
