As part of its transformation initiative to increase the speed, efficiency, and accuracy of claims processing, VA developed a new centralized mail process for compensation claims. To ensure that Veterans are aware of the new process and how it works, DFC developed a video tutorial for Veterans submitting paper claims and evidence to VA.
