PTSD Consultation Program Marketing & Communications Plan

DFC developed an umbrella branding and marketing plan to promote the National Center for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder’s (PTSD) resources and the PTSD Consultation Program to mental health and health care professionals who treat Veterans with PTSD. The plan blends targeted outreach to specific audience segments with old and new marketing approaches. Tactics include search engine marketing, online and social media marketing, direct mail and email marketing, partnership engagement, and use of printed materials and graphics in advertisements and promotions to reach audiences where they receive information.
