In 2015, U.S. Department of Veteran’s Affairs, Office of Information and Technology (OI&T) began a radical transformation, reshaping delivery of IT Services to our nation’s Veterans. The 2016 Year End Review reflects back on 18 months of transformation and looks ahead to OI&T’s future growth as a world-class IT organization.
