FDC/eClaims Communications & Outreach Plan

DFC developed a communications plan for managing and coordinating all aspects of communications outreach related to promoting the electronic submission of Fully Developed Claims (FDC) and the use of Veteran Service Organizations. The plan outlines the key communications strategies and supporting tactics occurring across Veterans Benefits Administration that will ensure the proactive dissemination and delivery of consistent and timely FDC messaging and information to key stakeholder audiences.
