The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Public Health (OPH) was recently awarded a 2015 VHA National Communications Award for their Public Health Communications Toolkits SharePoint site. This site was developed by DFC as part of the OPH Communications Support Services contract. The site received first place in the Web/Social Media category.

“The VHA Communications Awards were established to recognize excellence in public affairs and communications in VHA. The awards encourage improvements to the quality and impact of VHA communications programs, and entries provide examples of best practices across the communications spectrum.”
