The Centers Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) awarded Duty First Consulting (DFC) with a new 5-year contract to continue DFC’s support of Marketplace operations and stakeholder engagement focused on agents and brokers, the Direct Enrollment program and other key Marketplace initiatives.

This new contract marks another milestone in DFC’s more than 10 years of contract support for the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO), which oversees implementation of the Affordable Care Act reforms and the Health Insurance Marketplace®.

As part of this contract, DFC will provide a range of communication, outreach and technical assistance and programmatic support for Marketplace-registered agents and brokers, the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP), Direct Enrollment and the Marketplace application.
