Duty First Consulting (DFC) was recently awarded a 2018 Communitas Award for Excellence in Community Service in recognition of its corporate Get Involved for Veterans (GIVE) program.

DFC joins other Communitas Award winners acknowledged for specific programs involving volunteerism, philanthropy or ethical, sustainable business practices.

The Communitas Awards are an international effort to recognize exceptional businesses, organizations and individuals that demonstrate “the spirit of communitas” by coming together for the good of the community.

As a small business founded by service-disabled Veterans, DFC gives back to the Veteran and active military community on a regular basis. Through its GIVE program, DFC’s team of professionals participates in a range of volunteer events that help improve the lives of those who have served our country.
