Duty First Consulting (DFC) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) Special Item Number (SIN) 874-4 “Training Services” by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). Since November 29, 2011, DFC has held SIN 874-1 “Integrated Consulting Services” and SIN 874-7 “Program and Project Management Services.” The new SIN 874-4 contract acknowledges that DFC has proven qualifications in instructional services, certification program management, educational videos, student outreach, Kirkpatrick Levels 1-3 evaluation, strategic planning and training needs assessment, workshop facilitation, curriculum development and maintenance, applying adult learning principles and using the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model for improved learning outcomes in all training modalities (e.g., virtual ILT, classroom ILT, WBT, webinars, e-learning). 

Training services are part of the DFC Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting practice that offers demonstrated past performance and skilled practitioners to help organizations transform by attracting, cultivating, and retaining their workforce. Drawing upon extensive real-world expertise and innovative insights, the DFC team helps ensure that client employees have the knowledge and skills they need through role-based training, certification, and customized learning opportunities.
