DFC Awarded Contract with Housing and Urban Development (HUD)

Duty First Consulting (DFC) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a contract with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) to develop a multi-year Departmental Workforce Plan and a Human Capital Strategic Plan (HCSP) that will provide HUD with a repeatable process to strategically manage their workforce.

DFC was engaged to develop a Workforce Plan that will provide comprehensive workforce strategies, linked to HUD’s strategic efforts to identify the agency’s current and future Human Capital needs, including the size of the workforce, its deployment across the organization, and the competencies needed for HUD to fulfill its mission. In addition, the strategies, plans, and implementation needed to ensure HUD’s workforce is ideally positioned both geographically and organizationally.

The HCSP will be developed to align with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Human Capital Assessment and Accountability Framework (HCAAF) and will outline the executive-level, desired outcomes and identify the human capital strategies required to accomplish HUD’s mission, vision and successful implementation of their strategic goals.

DFC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Vienna, VA., providing information technology and management consulting services to the Federal government and other commercial organizations.
