Duty First Consulting (DFC) today announced that it has been awarded a follow-on contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to provide support for implementing its Talent Management System as it relates to the management of Senior Executives. This work includes systems analysis, re-engineering, and communications consulting services. DFC will continue to support the evolution of VA’s executive talent management system as VA achieves its transformational goals. This contract will result in improved processes, structures, and systems that will be deployed through VA’s enterprise Talent Management System.
