VA recognizes DFC for excellent customer service
DFC received a Customer Service Excellence award from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Enterprise Acquisition Systems Service (EAS) in recognition of the program management and operations support work DFC performs.
The award was presented to Jeff Robertson, a project manager on DFC’s Business Process & Strategy team. “I am proud of our team’s accomplishments and this award truly reflects the fine work we provide to VA every day,” he said.
DFC has supported EAS since its inception in 2010, by providing project management, strategic communications, SharePoint maintenance and reporting and analysis.
