DFC expands its work in VA’s Office of Information and Technology
DFC is continuing to positively impact the Veteran experience through our partnership in a new contract supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information and Technology’s (OIT) customer service improvement efforts.
In support of OIT, DFC is developing customer satisfaction surveys to identify whether new and existing IT services and products meet the needs of OIT customers. DFC’s efforts include analyzing customer service data to identify best practices and strength and challenge areas, as well as making recommendations for improvement.
