Duty First Consulting was awarded a new contract to support the Medicare Ombudsman Group within the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The Medicare Ombudsman Group’s mission is to receive complaints, grievances and inquiries related to Medicare; provide CMS with guidance to identify and resolve issues; and to assess the impact of Medicare policy and operations on beneficiaries.

As part of this new contract, DFC will provide a range of analytical, communications and reporting support to the Ombudsman Group as it serves beneficiaries, caregivers and other relevant stakeholders. This new contract expands on DFC’s support for Medicare, which also includes the company’s work for the Medicare Shared Savings Program. DFC is pleased to support the Ombudsman Group and the valuable work they do to improve the Medicare program for beneficiaries.
