DFC Awarded Human Capital and Training Solutions Small Business Contract
DFC is excited to announce it was recently awarded the Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) Small Business indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract. The HCaTS Small Business contract vehicle is jointly managed by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the General Services Administration (GSA) and provides customized training and development services, human capital strategy services, and organizational performance improvement services to all federal agencies. It will assist federal agencies in accomplishing the following objectives:
- Improving the management of human capital in accordance with the Human Capital Assessment and Accountability Framework (HCAAF) and OPM governing doctrines and accomplishing their assigned critical missions;
- Increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of critical business processes;
- Providing optimal professional development opportunities to the federal workforce;
- Undertaking effective change management initiatives;
- Developing effective metrics to assess progress in carrying out human capital strategies; and
- Maximizing the return on investment in training and development, human capital, and organizational performance improvements.
