Duty First Consulting (DFC), today announced that it has been awarded a sub-contract consequent to its teaming efforts with Xerox Corporation (formerly ACS) to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) migration to electronic claims development processing. DFC is engaged to: provide program communications services; develop performance improvement analysis and recommendations; develop and deliver Lean Six Sigma and Change Management Training to VA personnel; provide systems integration services; and execute a marketing and advertising campaign to increase registration of Veterans into the eBenefits Portal www.ebenefits.va.gov in support of electronic claims processing. DFC has deep experience with VA, its disability compensation business process, as well as claims processing and its underlying technologies. Its expertise in process reengineering, human capital management, systems integration, and marketing and communications are being leveraged by this important program.
