Duty First Consulting (DFC) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a multi-year contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Enterprise Acquisition Systems (EAS) Service to provide program management and operations support services. With more than four years of experience in providing support to the EAS Program Management Office (PMO), the team is eager to continue their important work in maturing EAS’ program management and operational (PM&O) performance with pragmatic solutions and processes that deliver immediate value and support EAS in achieving its strategic goals.

DFC has been tasked with supporting all EAS PM&O functions, including:

• Project Management – Provide meeting support and management, program objective development and measurement, and process improvement.
• Strategic Communications – Provide data call support, newsletter development and distribution, editorial support, social media management, daily, monthly, and yearly program metric management, and graphic design services.
• SharePoint Maintenance – Support SharePoint governance plan maintenance, requirements gathering and solution development, and dashboard development and maintenance.
• Reporting and Analysis – Manage weekly program reporting to VA executive leadership, monthly acquisition reporting metrics, executive briefing support, and ad hoc requests for acquisition reports and analysis.
