Duty First Consulting (DFC), a growing Virginia-based professional services company, today announced that it has been awarded a $2.7M contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to provide business process analysis, benchmarking, re-engineering, and technology consulting services regarding VA’s department-wide management of executive talent. DFC will work directly with the VA office charged to develop and staff a comprehensive and efficient talent management system to best recruit, develop, deploy and support executives across the Department to achieve VA’s missions and support its transformational goals. The one year contract will result in improved processes, structures, and tools that will eventually be deployed through an automated system.
