DFC launches new wellness reimbursement program for employees
In the spirit of encouraging a well-rounded, healthy lifestyle for its employees, DFC has started a new program that will reimburse employees for a variety of wellness-related expenses.
The reimbursement covers a wide variety of healthy activities – from gym memberships and fitness classes, to nutritional counseling or state park passes, and more. DFC will provide employees up to $100 per quarter toward any qualifying wellness-related expense.
This new benefit is an expansion of DFC’s internal Choosing Healthy and Mindful Practices (CHAMPS) initiative, which promotes a positive work environment and wellness culture at the workplace.
